FlyDubai has announced a major shift in its fleet strategy by signing a memorandum of understanding for 150 Airbus A321neos, marking its first deviation from an all-Boeing fleet. The deal was revealed
at the Dubai Airshow and is expected to support FlyDubai's long-term expansion plans. The first A321neos are scheduled for delivery in 2031, aligning with the planned expansion of Dubai World Central airport. FlyDubai has flexibility in selecting the A321neo variants and engine types.
