Vignisson also served as Project Manager and Chairman of Visit Vatnajökull, overseeing marketing initiatives for southeast Iceland. He holds a bachelor's degree in hospitality management from César Ritz Colleges Switzerland and a master's in leadership management from Bifröst University in Iceland. At Black Sand Hotel, Vignisson will manage daily operations, lead the executive team, and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.
