Hilton has announced the signing of a new property, DoubleTree by Hilton Marrakech La Palmeraie, set to expand its presence in Morocco. The resort-style hotel will be located in Marrakech's Palmeraie district
and will feature 228 guest rooms and suites. The property will offer a variety of leisure facilities, including multiple dining options, a pool area, a gym, a spa, and a paddle court. Additionally, the hotel will cater to events and celebrations with a ballroom and meeting rooms. This development is part of Hilton's broader expansion strategy in Morocco, which includes 16 hotels in the pipeline, such as the Waldorf Astoria Rabat Salé and Hampton by Hilton Ben Guerir. The new Marrakech property is expected to open in 2028.
