Statom North has been awarded the contract to construct the concrete frame for the Haymarket Hotel development in Edinburgh, Scotland. The project, managed by McAleer & Rushe under a design-and-build contract,
is part of a larger redevelopment of the Haymarket area, a key regeneration zone in the city. The development includes two reinforced concrete frame buildings, B2 and B3, with Statom North responsible for delivering the entire concrete frame package. This includes stair and lift cores, slabs, and other structural elements. The project is valued at £52.4 million and is backed by M&G Real Estate.
