During his tenure at Rendezvous Melbourne, he oversaw hotel operations, guest relations, business development, and food and beverage services, and led the refurbishment and rebranding of the hotel. Stipo holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management from the University of Canberra and has completed the General Managers Program at Cornell University.
