units. The agreement involves co-investment to industrialize surface drones designed by Defcomm, which have successfully completed endurance tests. These drones are intended for surveillance, intelligence, and patrol missions, capable of operating autonomously, remotely, or manually. The collaboration will also enhance Fincantieri's ability to integrate autonomous surface vehicles into its naval units, catering to both domestic and international markets.
