YWCA Northern New Jersey is organizing an event called the Coffee Café Conversations Open House to assist unemployed and underemployed women in achieving economic stability and long-term career success. Scheduled for December 18 at their Clifton office,

This initiative is part of the YWCA's Next Chapter Program, which provides job coaching, career counseling, and access to workforce specialists.
