Ixana has introduced a new chip, the XA-NFE2001, designed to eliminate the need for USB ports on sealed IoT devices. This innovation addresses a significant security concern by allowing firmware updates

The chip offers data speeds of 5 Mbit/s at less than 1 milliwatt of power, making it approximately 50 times more efficient than standard NFC technology.
