Russia has agreed to assist Bangladesh in introducing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in agriculture and health sectors. This collaboration was discussed during the visit of Bangladesh Foreign Minister Khalilur Rahman to Russia. The Russian authorities have
expressed their willingness to help Bangladesh develop a national AI policy and establish institutions of excellence in AI. Additionally, both countries are exploring ways to expand trade ties, particularly in pharmaceuticals and the garment sector. The discussions also included plans to increase manpower export from Bangladesh to Russia, aiming to reach 100,000 workers within the next year.
