and Sport, who emphasized the importance of remembering the famine's impact. The program included performances by the Chicago Irish Singers, bagpipe music, a wreath-laying ceremony, and a Mass. The event took place in front of the Gaelic Park Memorial bronze statue, attracting over 400 attendees.
