Noor Riyadh 2025, the world's largest light art festival, has returned to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, illuminating the city with large-scale artworks from November 20 to December 6, 2025. Curated under the theme
'In the Blink of an Eye,' the festival features 60 artworks by 59 artists from 24 countries, including more than 35 new commissions. The festival spans six locations across Riyadh, integrating heritage sites with modern architecture. Highlight artworks include powerful beams atop Al Faisaliah Tower and a massive sculptural bolt of frozen lightning. The festival aims to strengthen the creative economy and build connections between Saudi and international artists.
