Baiju Shah, president and CEO of the Greater Cleveland Partnership, emphasized the importance of this trend, noting that each percentage point increase represents approximately 300 new professionals joining the workforce. The Talent Alliance aims to boost this figure to 55% by 2030. The initiative includes efforts like the Cleveland Job Board, which connects young professionals with local employers, and the annual Winter Career Expo, designed to facilitate internships and full-time positions for students and graduates.
