Kempinski Hotels, in collaboration with developer JTRE, has initiated the construction of Kempinski Grace Bay, a luxury hotel and residential project located on Grace Bay Beach in Turks and Caicos. The
development will feature private apartments and beachfront villas, offering panoramic sea views and a range of amenities such as fine dining venues, a beach club, a wine cellar, a European spa, and sports facilities. The project emphasizes sustainability with features like insulated glass, solar systems, and recycled water landscaping. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by notable figures including the Premier and Deputy Governor of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
