Miramis has unveiled plans to expand its international portfolio with new developments in Italy and Sweden. In Tuscany, Italy, the company will introduce La Capitana, a countryside estate in Magliano, set to open in 2027. This estate will feature olive
oil production, a winery, and 12 suites, with architectural design led by Italian architect Marco Casamonti. Additionally, Miramis will continue operations at LA ROQQA and Isolotto Beach Club and refurbish the Hotel Torre di Cala Piccola. In Sweden, Miramis plans to transform the historic Hotel Hasselbacken in Stockholm into its flagship property. The expansion in Stockholm includes the addition of Gasometer, a venue for live performances and immersive formats, scheduled to join the portfolio in 2027. Gasometer will host the Royal Swedish Opera, with Chef Stefan Eriksson leading the culinary concept. Further developments in Stockholm include Backstage Hotel and Cirkus Arena.
