Motek, a Mediterranean cafe chain, is set to open its fourth location in Manhattan at 184 Bleecker Street in the West Village, previously home to Cafe Figaro. The new venue, spanning 3,900 square feet,
is scheduled to open in January. This expansion is part of Motek's rapid growth under its parent company, Happy Corner Hospitality. The chain has already established a presence at 928 Broadway in Flatiron and has plans to replace Serafina at 2178 Broadway and Rue 57 at 60 W. 57th Street. Happy Corner founder Charlie Levy expressed personal significance in the new location, reminiscing about his past visits to the area.
