What's Happening?
The US State Department has approved a $3.5 billion foreign military sale to Germany, involving Standard Missile 6 (SM-6) Block I and Standard Missile 2 (SM-2) Block IIIC systems. The sale includes up to 173 SM-6 and 577 SM-2 missiles, along with supporting
equipment such as Vertical Launch System canisters. RTX has been selected as the principal contractor for the deal.
