The renovation program aims to modernize and optimize existing hotels, focusing on segmentation and competitiveness. The Training Academy will provide professional integration and training for local talent, preparing future generations of tourism professionals. These initiatives were announced during a visit to Morocco by Accor Chairman and CEO Sébastien Bazin.
Why It's Important?
The collaboration between Accor and Risma represents a significant investment in Morocco's tourism and hospitality sector. By launching new projects and a training academy, the companies aim to boost the local economy, create job opportunities, and enhance the country's appeal as a luxury travel destination. The focus on training local talent is particularly important, as it addresses the need for skilled professionals in the growing tourism industry. This initiative could serve as a model for other regions looking to develop their hospitality sectors and improve competitiveness in the global market.
