Modon Holding and Nammos Hotels & Resorts have announced the launch of Nammos Ras El Hekma, a new integrated resort on Egypt's North Coast. Part of the larger Ras El Hekma masterplan, the development will feature Nammos Residences, Nammos Resort, and Nammos Village,
offering a mix of hospitality, wellness, and retail experiences. The resort will include 72 residences and 79 hotel keys, with amenities such as a wellness center, spa, and beach club. The project is part of a USD 35 billion masterplan aimed at attracting significant investment and creating a year-round community.
