Tees Valley Combined Authority has unveiled pipeline notices for remediation and consultancy services at the South Bank site of the Teesworks development. The project aims to transform 1,821 hectares of land

The estimated value of the remediation opportunity is £16.8M, with tender notices expected to be published by April 2026.
