The Associated Construction Contractors of New Jersey (ACCNJ) has announced that Shamara Gatling-Davila, the organization's Education Manager, has been appointed to the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board (GRWDB). The board comprises members from

Gatling-Davila brings over a decade of experience in public workforce development, education, and community engagement to her new role. Her previous roles include career counselor, workforce development board policy analyst, and business development manager at the Middlesex County Office of Workforce and Career Development. She was appointed to the GRWDB following the departure of a previous board member at the end of 2025.
