This week, a group of teenagers is working alongside Boulder County Wildfire Partners at the Lafayette Gardens Mobile Home Park to assist residents in reducing wildfire risks. The initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance community safety by implementing
fire mitigation strategies at no cost to the homeowners. The teens are engaged in various activities, including clearing brush and other potential fire hazards, to create defensible spaces around the mobile homes.
