Nathan Frank, Aetna's senior vice president and chief digital and technology officer, emphasized the transition from a transactional experience to a consumer health experience. The tool builds on Aetna's Care Paths, which focus on diabetes, joint health, and maternity health, and is set to expand further through 2026.
