Thomas Gibson. Together, they established the Bowen-Gibson Academic Scholarship to support students in English and political science. Alice was known for her dedication to education and community service, including her involvement with the American Association of University Women and her church. Her family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the scholarship fund in lieu of flowers.
