Arnold Jackson 'Jack' Woods III, a lifelong resident of Georgia, passed away on May 5, 2026. Known for his gentle spirit and unique sense of humor, Jack faced significant physical and communication challenges throughout his life. Despite these challenges,
he left a profound impact on those around him, teaching lessons of patience, compassion, and unconditional love. Jack enjoyed simple pleasures such as milkshakes, music, and spending time with loved ones. His family and caregivers, who became an extended family, deeply cherished him. A celebration of his life is scheduled at Joiner-Anderson Funeral Home in Statesboro, Georgia, with a private interment at Westover Memorial Park in Augusta.
