and Workforce Readiness,' introducing the Curricula Mismatch Index to measure alignment between academic programs and labor market needs. The study revealed gaps in soft skills and field-of-study mismatches, prompting JEF to develop a Public Policy and Advocacy Strategy. This strategy aims to build transferable skills, encourage new technologies, and address labor market barriers, aligning with Jamaica's Vision 2030 goals.
