ParaZero Technologies Ltd, an Israeli company, showcased its DefendAir Personal Net Gun at the EnforceTac 2026 defense exhibition in Nuremberg, Germany. The device is designed to neutralize unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) by deploying a net to immobilize
their rotors. The net gun features a 3D-printed body and uses a non-explosive launch mechanism similar to car airbag systems. The net, made of Nylon or Dyneema, is equipped with weights to ensure it wraps around the target UAV. The system is capable of engaging medium-size fixed-wing UAVs or small quadcopters, with a maximum effective range of 35 meters.
