What's Happening?
Saudi Arabia has commenced construction on a massive government data center in Riyadh, set to be the world's largest of its kind. The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) is leading the project, which will occupy 2.78 million square
meters and have a power capacity of 480MW. The data center will host over 290 government systems and is designed to meet green building requirements.
