The apartments are available to New Yorkers earning between 30% and 150% of the area median income, with rents ranging from $486 per month for studios to $4,244 per month for three-bedroom units. The project aims to transform the historically neglected area, once referred to as the 'valley of ashes,' into a vibrant neighborhood with amenities such as landscaped courtyards, a fitness center, and a community garden.
