A tragic incident occurred in Hillsboro, Texas, where a 17-year-old male was found unresponsive with self-inflicted injuries. The Hillsboro Department of Public Safety reported that officers responded to a call at an apartment on Highland Drive, where the
teenager was discovered by a family member. Despite efforts by police and Fire and Rescue to administer CPR and transport him to Hill Regional Hospital, the teenager was pronounced dead. The Hillsboro Police Department's Criminal Investigation Unit is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
