A 5-year-old Lagotto Romagnolo named Carl was successfully rescued from a narrow ledge on a 200-foot cliff in Dickson County, Tennessee, after being stranded for 17 hours. Carl, weighing 30 pounds, was visiting a friend's farm with his owner, Scott Grissom,
