The company has already validated commercial-scale production at the site, manufacturing two tons of oil in a recent fermentation run. The facility, which has produced various fermentation-based products over the years, will be managed by Bill Thurston, a veteran in the food industry. Clean Food Group has secured regulatory approval for its CleanOIL25 product in the cosmetics market in the EU, UK, and US, and is preparing to obtain approvals for food applications.
