per share, with plans to issue 40,446,400 shares, representing 10% of the total. The IPO is expected to value the company at approximately 60.999 billion yuan. Unitree Robotics conducted bookbuilding for institutional investors and plans to hold an online investor relations presentation before opening retail subscriptions. The company filed for the listing in March and received regulatory approval last month, completing the review process in a record 104 days.
