It is designed to operate daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., employing four staff members. Access to the facility will be controlled through computerized systems and keypads, with entry restricted to existing customers who have made online reservations and provided government-issued identification. The building will feature safety measures such as exterior lighting, a roll-up door for vehicle access, and a full sprinkler system. Rental contracts will prohibit the storage of hazardous materials and the presence of pets.
