What's Happening?
Grovetown High School celebrated its 2026 graduation ceremony at the Columbia County Performing Arts Center on May 22, 2026. The event, originally planned to be held outdoors, was moved indoors due to inclement weather. The ceremony featured speeches
from key figures such as Columbia County Superintendent Dr. Steven Flynt and Grovetown High School Principal Andrew Young. Salutatorian Garrett Coker and Valedictorian Lincoln Ashmore delivered addresses to their fellow graduates. The event also included a performance by Sasha Alexandria Brown and Holley Marie Haworth, and a presentation by the JROTC color guard. Graduates were recognized for their achievements, including those entering the armed forces, and received their diplomas in front of cheering friends and family.
