The SoHo Shops at Town Center in South Holland is offering entrepreneurs the chance to rent tiny storefronts in an outdoor shopping mall setting. The initiative aims to provide small business owners with

The project, developed by KPGS Consulting in collaboration with the village of South Holland, will feature 10 storefronts available for rent in eight-month increments. Applications are open until January 5, with a review panel selecting finalists for interviews. The shops will operate on weekends from May through December, with the first group of businesses set to open on May 1.
