Last season, Bondad was placed in the starting lineup by coach Tim Crow, which initially made her uncomfortable due to her fear of not being good enough. However, a switch in the team's offensive strategy from a 6-2 to a 5-1 formation allowed Bondad to showcase her skills, resulting in impressive statistics including 602 assists, 170 digs, and 49 aces. This season, Bondad continues to excel, serving as team captain and contributing significantly to the team's performance.
