a local resident of Rs 4.5 lakh. The complainant, a 39-year-old unemployed man from Nikol, claims that the firm promised to secure a work permit visa for his brother but failed to deliver the promised documents or refund the money. Initially, the complainant paid Rs 1 lakh as a token amount, with further payments made after assurances of a Finnish work permit. Despite completing necessary procedures like police clearance and medical tests, the promised visa and travel arrangements never materialized. The firm refunded Rs 50,000 after threats of police action but failed to return the remaining amount, leading to the current legal action.
