The World Meteorological Organization (WMO) is advancing a project to develop AI-powered tools aimed at enhancing hydrometeorological (Hydromet) projects. This initiative focuses on automating the collection, extraction, structuring, and visualization
of data related to Hydromet projects. The goal is to improve transparency, coordination, and accountability in Hydromet investments by creating an AI-driven data extraction system and a Partner Coordination Mechanism (PCM) Dashboard. To ensure the project's success, WMO is seeking an AI Product Owner & Quality Assurance Consultant. This consultant will oversee operational aspects, quality assurance, stakeholder coordination, and validation throughout the project lifecycle. The project aims to standardize information across multiple funding sources and support evidence-based decision-making through interactive visualizations.
