Aimee Mangold has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Dimension Hospitality. Mangold brings 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having previously worked with Kolter Hospitality, The Procaccianti Group, and Interstate
Hotels. Prior to joining Dimension Hospitality, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at SROA Capital. Mangold is recognized for her leadership in the HR profession, holding certifications such as the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Her achievements include receiving the 2022 Lifetime Achievement Award from Palm Beach County SHRM and the Excellence in Human Resources Award from South Florida Business and Wealth in 2019 and 2020. In addition to her corporate roles, Mangold is actively involved in community service, serving on the Board of Directors for Quantum House.
