Donna DeVito, a teacher at Madison Elementary School in Hinsdale, has been awarded the 2026 Elliot Judd Outstanding Teacher Award by the Illinois Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages – Bilingual Education (ITBE). This award recognizes educators

DeVito has been with Madison School for nine years, bringing extensive experience from her previous roles in bilingual and ESL classrooms.
