The collaboration involves conducting monthly Pre-Departure Orientation (PDOT) and Soft Skill Training sessions at six VFS Global Academy centers across India. These programs aim to equip selected candidates with cultural norms, workplace expectations, and everyday systems in their new countries, ensuring they are well-prepared to integrate and succeed professionally and culturally abroad. The initiative is part of BorderPlus's plan to train and place over 15,000 nurses overseas in the next five years.
