when a male driver in a blue SUV stopped near the curb, leading to a verbal argument between the two. The driver then drove onto the curb, hitting the victim, and fled the scene eastbound on 51st Street. The victim, who suffered trauma to his body, was transported to Mt. Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The police have not yet identified the victim, and the motive behind the argument remains unclear.
