A kitten was rescued from the wheel arch of a police vehicle in Plymouth, Devon, after officers heard a faint meow coming from the engine. The vehicle, part of the Crownhill Police Station's fleet, was taken
to a garage where the female kitten was discovered. Estimated to be about two days old, the kitten was checked by PDSA staff and found to be healthy. It is believed that the kitten's mother climbed into the dry area of the vehicle to give birth. The kitten has since been adopted by a local officer, ensuring it has a safe and caring home.
