The Raynham Police Department has arrested Anthony Luma Auguste, 33, of Brockton, on multiple firearm charges. The arrest followed a traffic stop where Sgt. Joshua O’Brien observed Auguste’s black SUV speeding on King Philip Street. During the initial
stop, it was determined that Auguste was operating with a suspended license and the vehicle was a rental. After Auguste was allowed to leave, Detectives Patrick Leahy and Jared Turkington searched the area and located a loaded Glock 30 .45-caliber handgun with 13 rounds of ammunition approximately 700 feet from where the vehicle was stopped.
