After one year in office, African Development Bank (AfDB) Group President Sidi Ould Tah is facing the critical test of delivering on his initiatives to reshape the bank's approach to fundraising and project preparation. Dr. Tah inherited a financially
strong institution with $318 billion in authorized capital and triple-A credit ratings.
