Zarminali Pediatrics, a pediatric healthcare provider, has successfully raised $110 million in a Series A funding round, bringing its total funding to $150 million. The round was led by Healthier Capital,
with participation from General Catalyst, K2 HealthVentures, and Boston Children's Hospital. The funds will be used to expand Zarminali's proprietary technology platform, enter new markets, and open new clinics. The company aims to create a national multispecialty practice with clinics co-located with urgent care centers, directly employing pediatricians and specialists. Since its founding in 2024, Zarminali has focused on aggressive growth, acquiring nine practice groups in 2025 and currently operating 28 clinics across eight states. The company plans to open 15 new clinics in 2026, including in Chicago, Milwaukee, and Dallas.
