Since its launch in May 2025, the service has enrolled over 108,000 customers. The Erafone Bebas Tukar programme, introduced in March 2025, allows customers to exchange newly purchased smartphones for other models within 30 days, enhancing flexibility and trust in Erafone's retail outlets.
