in 1926 in the Renaissance Revival Style, had been closed since 2016. The new owner, Nuovo RE, aimed to preserve the building's historic character while converting it into a modern boutique hotel featuring an art museum, bar, and restaurant. The project involved a collaborative effort among various stakeholders, including IMEG for civil, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection design, Perfido Weiskopf Wagstaf + Goettel as architects, Russell as construction manager, and KPFF Consulting Engineers for structural engineering.
