of streptozotocin-induced diabetes, where diabetic mice were treated with BMSC-derived exosomes. The study found that exosome treatment improved body weight and fasting blood glucose levels, and provided biochemical, histological, and molecular benefits. The exosomes were shown to modulate ferroptosis, a form of cell death associated with iron accumulation and lipid peroxidation, offering a potential therapeutic approach for diabetes and kidney injury.
