Marie F. Schopp passed away peacefully on September 28 at the age of 86. She is remembered fondly by her family and friends for her loving nature and dedication to her family. Marie was predeceased by her parents, Perry and Francis, and her siblings P. David Finks, Theresa Klem, and Elizabeth Thornton. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, John 'Jack' Schopp, her siblings, children, grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Her family will host a visitation on October 17 at Paul W. Harris Funeral Home, followed by a funeral mass at St. Kateri at St. Margaret Mary on October 18. Interment will take place at Irondequoit Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The St. Ann’s Foundation, Employee Scholarship Fund.
